Refunds & Replacements
We guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not live up to your expectations. Please notify us within 24 hours from the date you ordered the goods for an immediate refund or re-delivery. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Replacements & refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt in our warehouse.
We will replace any sub-standard meals at our expense. If the dish is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund. If you have requested a refund, please allow 14 days for clearance to your card account.
