We cooked grilled salsify, turnips and leeks in a rich yogurt tandoori sauce packed with fresh tomatoes, ginger, garlic and our house blended spice mix including toasted cumin, coriander, fennel seeds and paprika. The succulent curry is accompanied by brown rice and chickpea pilaf and our very own coconut chutney to round the dish off with a fresh and surprising sweetness.
