We make a pungent laksa soup packed with coconut milk, tamarind and our house blended laksa paste made with fresh turmeric, ginger, galangal and lime leaves. The laksa is served with rice noodles, roasted squash, bean sprouts and Thai basil. We accompany the laksa with a pasembur salad made with tofu fritters and crispy vegetables and a spicy peanut and sweet potato sauce.
