Our home-baked multi-seed crackers combined with dates make the deliciously crunchy base of our dairy free “no cheese, cheesecake”. We mix coconut milk, lime juice and lime zest to give a delectably smooth and creamy middle, which offsets the tangyness of the tropical passionfruit and pomegranite topping. This is served with toasted coconut flakes, sesame and date crumble and pomegranate seeds.
