Victoria Bucknall

Victoria’s enthusiasm for fresh seasonal and sustainable produce was nurtured from a young age. Whilst still at school she was cooking for her family run guesthouse in rural Northumberland using organic herbs and vegetables freshly picked from the kitchen garden.

Following this she set up a small catering business, mostly cooking for the demanding fashion industry. Combining a love of travel, culture and cuisines she set off to cook for a number of high profile private clients all over the world. This has included a large well-known family at their holiday property on an island in the Mediterranean. The assignment involved designing menus and cooking for the family and guests using local produce for different events.

Through work with various clients she has built up a wealth of experience of using vegetables and whole foods to create balanced and healthy meals.
